C-Bond Self-Etch
C-Bond Self-Etch is a self-etching, light-curing one-component bonding for adhesive restorations. The material contains methacrylate. Using C-Bond Self-etch saves time, as the application is in one step, without prior etching. It can be used in one step for direct restorations. If used with indirect restorations, prior etching is necessary, for example in the case of cementing metal or ceramic crowns to dentin or composite. Also suitable for sealing dentin but may not be used in proximity to the pulp.
How to use?
Step 1: Put one drop into a dispensing well
Step 2: Apply gently to the slightly humid cavity walls for 20 sec.
Step 3: Blow for 5 sec. with oil-free compressed air
Step 4: Cure for 10 sec. with halogen or LED polymerization lamp with light intensity 800 mW/cm².
