You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, if it is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Dental/medical items that are opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible. Please contact customer service first before returning any item: WhatsApp. Refunds are handled by accounting (01010430798).
