Dental impression aluminum trays come in a variety of sizes and shapes to accommodate different patients and procedures. They may be solid or perforated, with the perforations allowing excess impression material to escape. The trays are also typically fitted with a rim to help prevent the impression material from spilling out.

To create an impression, the dentist will apply a thin layer of impression material to the tray and then place it in the patient's mouth. Disinfecting and cleaning concentrate for instruments, equipment and surfaces; particularly appropriate for flexible endoscopes.

Composition
100 g solution contains: 7.5 g glyoxal, 9,5 g glutaral, 9.6 g didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride

Range of application
· disinfection and cleaning of instruments, endoscopes, as well as equipment and surfaces and textiles in one procedure only in case of any bacterial (incl. tb) and viral infections
· control of nosocomial infections

Mode of application / dosage

Lysoformin 3000 is a liquid concentrate with which any dilution required can be made by simply adding water (at max. room temperature). Always fill container with tap water first, then add disinfectant. Prepare dilution shortly before use (as recommended in the directives for the "Identification, Prevention and Control of Hospital Acquired Infections" of the Federal Health Office, Berlin). The solutions ready for use are efficient for at least a fortnight provided they are free of organic residue (disinfection of pre-cleaned instruments).

WARNING!!!
When operating with ring:
1) make sure of integrity of the ring and absence of rust on it;
2) avoid high-speed opening;
3) open the ring for width not more than 10 - 12 mm;
4) open the ring for necessary width outside the mouth before placing it on a tooth.
 
CLEANING AND STERILIZATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Submerge instruments in cleaning agent solution with neutral pH for 20 min;
2) Rinse the instruments thoroughly with purified water for 3-5 min;
3) Perform standard moist heat / steam sterilization procedure following the sterilizer instructions.
WARNING!!!
1) Do not use cleaning agents with high percentage of chlorine and cleaners containing oxalic acid;
2) Do not keep instruments in liquid medium for more than 3 hours.
